Yes, double the number of frags.

No, only the three they designate. You do get a smaller discount to reset a dojo for all other partners, though.

Spose that kinda makes up for not having her mods in the holiday event for whatever reason. Really wanted to hit Tier 6 mod on her. Oh well.
