So they are handing out a that squad 0 SSS for less than $100 usd no biggie. but early in a server hes BS. 32k bps plus is a backliner and cant be hit. hes game breaking and making me wanna stop playing. its so dumb

for $100 top up.  ultra hero, Shini Kieske, till third mod, he shuts him down nicely.  after that, Tavern Yourichi does nicely if she's fast enough, or T1.  he's a tough cookie to break, but it's doable for sure
