there's really no need to know about his stats at lvl 1 since he'd be naturally levelling alongside your experience through the game ^^
if you're asking to see if he's worth it or not, he definitely is, and the bonus alongside Kirinji (Shinigami Agent Welfare) is absolutely great with extra exp gain, one-clicking various experiences in the game etc. ^^

ah pah BP just shows what you currently have on your partners in a way, not so huge in determining how powerful you are ^^
Kirinji will boost you up by quite the bit however, and he will certainly help you in the long run! He will pretty much stick with you till even much higher levels, or possibly your end-game partners too! (lvls these later levels are) ^^

he stays for good, he's amazing, especially compared to tavern partners, even higher level tavern partners (level 100+) blistering fast, very strong, easy to mod, good skill, high damage % (good for events) he's a very solid partner, and for the price, he's a steal.
He is too amazing for his price(2k gold). When I got him, I thought that he is bugged and he will be weaker later, but it looks like he will get even stronger later(when his evolution will be fixed). For me(vip5) he will be my end game character, just look at his stats and gr, look at his skill- HE IS AMAZING.

yes he will stay forever ^^
Also it is best you obtain him as quickly as possible! In this current event named Acceleration Modify, he gains double the amount of modify fragments during this time, so abuse that whilst you can in the Modify Lab! ^^
