I know thta he is really good, but slow as hell. Maybe it's better to use someone else, not him? My team now is kirinji, tavern yoru, main, sexy yoru, vang. Toshiro. If I would put agi stones on kisuke when he will be t1, I would lose so much speed, because of kirinjis stats.
What do you guys think?

If you're going against someone who doesn't have T1, that's a free ticket of winning ( player of your same bp)
if you are against a High VIP, no chance since most of them have Pure T1= faster
if you are going against a medium VIP, depends on Who's kisuke is faster
He's good but he needs a lot of speed to keep it.

Look, if you can put some fury stones to other partners as well, why not?
If you can make other partners start with 75 fury and have a T1 Kisuke it's gonna be way better than a super fast Kirinji.

T1 Kisuke to T1 2-3 partners > Fast Kirinji

T1 kisuke is better, his speed is a problem but still a T1 team is much better. Helps with hma also

Looking at your question, I'm not sure if you get why Kisuke in particular is who we all talk about.  Kisuke's final mod gives initial 20 bonus fury.  Which means T1 on him only takes 12 basic fury stones (compared to well over 200 for most anyone else W/O very high evo) and if he's faster than another on your team, they can become T1 with only 7 basic fury stones.  With 40 fury stones and a plan, you can T1 your whole party, and that's doable with some patience and self control, even if you are F2P.   Also, earlier in the game, Tavern Rukia has the same mod if you find yourself with a lot of fury stones early on

Hmm, in your case, going for Kisuke is absolutely fine, you don't have to make him the fastest, hell having Kirinji faster is actually better when looking at his skill for the speed buff he brings to Kisuke, i'd swap out Tavern Yoru for Kisuke

if you are going to stick with a fury booster for the rest of your game, or plan to, then Shinso is the only better person in this category:

able to stun, deal quite the amazing amount of damage to every opponent, very fast for a partner unlike Kisuke and give fury to all (I believe the same amount as Kisuke)

This can be pretty much debated against Cute Orihime who is now absolutely free from the new update, however ofc that is debatable on team etc. the overall better person is Shinso ^^

my BP is 1.3M ATM,  against a non T1 team, you usually need 2M+ BP to beat me (exceptions exist)

The best option for u is get kirinji's 9th evo, give him weapon with enchance +4 initial fury, five 7th lvl fury stones and one 6th lvl fury stone (to get it u need 44 basic fury stones).
All exclusive, agi stones, hollow spirites, best items to increase kirinji too. Zanpacto(from strongest to weak) - 1)katen 2)muramasa 3)tensa 4) sogyo 5)sode no shirauki 6)suzumebachi 7) hyrinmaru 8)ashisogi

Kisuka is a great partner to have period. Having a  T1 Kisuka is better than not. If you have Kirinji then he is a must for lower lvs. Get his speed up and make Kirinji T1 right after him to literly get a 50/50 win ratio against higher lv players. This is an extremely effective way to use him. But he is base point the cheapest way to T1 your team faster, at the cost of his growth rates being low. But he can still be a hard hitter or real fast non the less. mine was at 208k speed before I moved to Shinso Gin. Another player on my server has him at 240k. The only way to beat a T1 team is by being extremely stronger or stopping there Kisuka.

As for Kirinji being better without T1 and just his speed is trash. How would a fast Kirinji help anything if he can still be stopped before he can do his special? And a weaker Kirinji T1 will stomp a faster one withoot T1 by making him kill himself plus igniting him.

As far as the zampactos go, That list is all jacked up. Muramasa before Tansa? Muramasa is not so great for supporter speed. A lot of players think Great speed for support and the buff from him as well. Well that buff is trash and useless if you have Kirinji. 1st: He overwrites that speed buff with his 20% speed on support. 2nd: What good is the buff if you can't get that first hit in? And if you can, still, where is it really helping? It's better to go with a zampacto that gives asulter speed instead. Why? Cause Kirinji is going to overwrite muramasas buff. So use a Zampacto with a buff somewhere it won't get overwritten.

Pay attention to skills and buffs and how they work. If they stack or not. And remember that buffs won't help you get that first hit unless your using someone like Kirinji at full speed to get the first hit so muramasa can then apply his buf to kisuka to bring his speed up so he may go next. This is a way muramasas buff could be used effectively.
