Just got him yesterday and started upgrading his evo. I noticed he was needing a lot of physical atk. Whats that about am I missing something. Cause hes all strat atk right O.o

Yep devs messed up and prob won't fix it. You can still evo him for AID, Combo, speed and HP if you feel like they are worth it.

is aid for when he gets hit someone helps or when someone gets hit he helps?

Just for him, if he gets hit there is a chance of sharing damage with someone else.
