How to get Hogu Convert Talisman?

So as the title says, how do I get Hogu Convert Talismans? I am rather outdated so it would be nice to know. I've tried to find existing info, but it is not much nor is it specified at all.

Oh, I have yet to see one appear. If you remember the name, or if not could you tell me a price range? Does it appear often or is it "rare"? Thanks for the quick reply.

Only seen it once so far since I've been back active in-game and I don't top up anymore so really couldn't say the price on it. I do know those the event itself also lets you to upgrade the treasure for gold without any tailsmans unless it was changed.

Edit: its like a 'extra' event not main events so, just look in-game and maybe they'll rotate it in sometime. Icon looks like a Shiba Clan HP Treasure.

you can get them from sereitei attack but we havent seen that event in a while
you can get some from espada treasure chest i believe but you needa top up quite a bit
theres a few others that i forget that have them but they come up sometimes a little rare
but not too rare you jus gotta look out for them

Thanks for the information. Non related though, how does Ultra Hero work? Does it count Topped up gold or spent gold? The dumb event does not specify either >.>

top up X amount of gold get same X amount of points for the gold you topped up
top up 2k=2k points etc..
