For example - If I summon a Yamamoto Limited Lease Event on Day 1 and it will be 140 lvl.
And then I will take it with Soul Celtivation, it will remain 140 lvl, or will still be 1 lvl?

If I remember your formation right from HMA, you should go for Orihime instead of Yama...^^
