I would like to know if there is some secret to get any support in this game?
Emails never get answered (not even with an automated message). I sent emails days back and followed up numerous times with no response. I am glad support isn't biased towards non vip and vip players sice everyone gets the same support (none).

It happens they are just busy, try to contact them on weekdays and no the support team is not biased. They are working really hard to fix any problems just keep emailing.author: [email protected]time: 2014-10-14 18:29:05
