Soul Cultivation Nerfed?

As the title suggests, have the rewards from soul cultivation been nerfed?

I'm asking because when the feature was first released in the English version I was getting much better rewards than I am now. In the first week (less probably), I had gotten 2 t7 hogus at once, varying amounts of exclusive fragments, up to 400 at once and a few other notable rewards.

After that I haven't once gotten more than 1  extra exclusive fragment from cultivating, or any other interesting reward. I've even gotten 2 times 1 exclusive fragment from a single 10*Cultivation.

So what do you think? Have you had a similar experience or am I just unlucky?

Do you think that they nerfed Soul Cultivation?

surely nerfed... I want my 400 fragments per time back!!!!
