So, good idea or bad, I don't care,  but I'm about to lease these partners on limited lease, the next time it comes up, and I wanted to know which is the better value.
ATM, My Party is well balanced as for speed
PVP: Hyorinmaru/Muramasa (depending on the fight)
Soph Rangiku, Isshin, Tavern Kieske, Shini Kieske    Tavern Kieske to be swapped for Shinso,  Shini Kieske for B Rukia

PVE: Muramasa
Isshin, Zabimaru Renji, Tavern Kieske, Jushiro Tavern Kieske to be swapped for Shinso, Jushiro for Retsu Kenpachi

Zabimaru Renji is going to switch to Sexy Yourichi as i can get her at my level for dirt cheap as I'm gonna top up regardless, and CSB Kenny is still a way off... but I digress....

Of course the shiney factor leans me to B Rukia,  But my Shinso is already at level 11 evo, with a 2 star mod (rented him in the past and he's still just hanging around expired. and Retsu is a monster in PVE

Any reasons? Right now it's 4-0 in favor of Shinso/Retsu. Something i'm not seeing in the B Rukia choice?

IMO, bankai rukia is way too expensive(not sure if she's still 40k but u can buy like 2-3 red partners with 40k). Dunno if u plan to buy shinso or get him for free from alliance shop or legend gallery, but if u get him for free, u could buy only retsu kenpachi and then B. renji or some red partner, to boost ur pve or pvp .

was planning to rent to own them on limited lease, for less than 1k/week gold, i can have either B Rukia, or i can have Shinso and Retsu. I understand that the new reds, and even some golds are better buys, however as someone that won't be topping up over probably $100 any given week,

Shinso you can get him from Legend Gallery providing that you have Shinigami Agent. So there is no point into spending gold on him imho.

Now Brukia is a nice partner, but way too slow compared to these new ones, so I wouldn't recommend getting her.
Retsu Uno is great, but not a game breaking material for that price.

If you say that you can top up about 1k weekly, my advice would be:

Slowly farm Shinso from Gallery( few people already got him for "free" from there, I'm atm at 180 coupons, but I don't push my luck too much), top up that the amount you can weekly, lease Uno for a day to work on her mods, but save your gold. Once you have reached your gold target, for all you know there might be new partners that would worth more
Edit: Or instead of topping up weekly, keep your money and make a "big" top up during Ulti charge

solid advice.... thanks for your input on the issue... I will have to take this into consideration...

I would save the money and get hiki, senju and Brenji. To me what you are planning to do seems like a massive waste of gold, and over time you will regret and wished you had just saved the money, especially when new partners come out or when the price of senju and hiki rise.

my biggest problem with that, is I'm terrible at saving money, severe ADHD, and naturally impulsive, not sure if they are related, but even on my meds, I can still get carried away. So slow top ups are the only way I do it. And I always plan to save gold... but again... 200 here, 400 there, shit just disappears, lol I do understand that Limited lease is the most expensive event to get partners in, but they do come at your level, and you can use them as you pay for them. Being that I am going to need B Rukia, and TSI for bond and was going to rent them for a day anyway, It will be a good chance to see how good she it, and I'm gonna rent Unohana for a day to see if she's a big enough jump from Jushiro to even warrant the price. with this info I think I can make a better decision. Also gonna rent Sexy Yourichi for a day as I'm gonna get her free during Ultra Hero. and Yama for a day so I can get Shinso free (after I get the comrade contracts for Ikkaku, or get bored waiting on them and just finish paying Shinso off)

I am guessing you have a kido main or else you would have went 2-3 with that zan. If you want the best pve team then go with sexy yoru, isshin, shino and restu. Pvp go wih shinso, B.Rukia, isshin and tsi Ichigo. Then in the future if you can pure t1 them or get their crit rate high enough you will have no need for a fury giving partner.

Mylar sexy is a no no. I assume you only have mura and hyorin, since you said you use mura in pve. Sexy has a support dmg rate buff, that will overwrite muras buff and lower it, so she would actually be a bad choice for you even if she's free from that top up event, forgot the name

As for the reast there's a couple of things i'd like i'd like too say but I'm currently on my phone, so it'd be a drag, so if no one speaks my words till then see you after ryoka if you'd like to hear it

love to hear it. She is replacing Zabimaru Renji @ level 4 evo and 2 star mod, and is only temporary till I get CSB Kenny... But for sure, if she lowers my damage, Zabi will go back in. but for sure, , I'd love to hear whatever else you have to say on the subject!!

Actually, I don't think you are a person that saves for UBPs but if some coincidence you are, you could get her (sexy) just to keep your options open and what i mean by that is future wise possibly combine her with a attack buff zanpakuto. The reason why i say this is originally i wanted to say that you could get c.orihime instead (I'll explain later why) so you don't have to get her from soul cultivation and instead you could get some stones or fregs, but now I'm 50:50 on that bcs you could get cute any day, and sexy not so... I'l label this as thought no.1

Moving on no.2 Back to cute, and the reason why is pve and ryoka and her possible combination with a event partner, and who i have on mind is isane. The reason is that i saw some nice combinations of her with retsu unohana (healer). Orihime would buff ass. (you use mura so no overwriting dmg wise) and she would buff them with a block buff also. Long story short, ryoka attacks, ass. line blocks, retsu heals and thus you could push through with a 2-3 formation (instead of switching back your vg in there after a certain wave), and increase your dps. Nooow isane wouldn not only do the same, but she would also increas their attack, and again since you have mura no overwriting, so you'd get a 50% attack buff, 12% dmg rate buff, 30% block buff on you'r ass. line. With some work and possibly a title (perfect girlfriend, 20% block to ass. line) you could block every single turn and thus make this perfectomundo. Note you'd have to make hime and isane both t1 so they do that from the get go. I thnk that's crucial to excecute this, so if you can't do that, recourses wise, forget i wrote anything

No.3 Shinso, shinigami agent, nothing much to say, except the reason why he's alone here is that i don't think he'd be good with the no.2, reason 3 supp. and 2 ass. which doesn't do much for your dps (exception senjumaru hiki retsu) pve wise. Pvp wise why not combine him with no.2, no.2 for ryoka, shinso for pvp wise, aoe attack, fury, 10 initial fury from evo (easy to t1), he's just a good partner in my eyes... ofc. for the price you could get him.

Improtant note: The reason why i didn't include unohana kenpachi anywhere is bcs i smell her in UBP (back to the start if you do save vit. which i don't think you do), just a personal hunch, you could take it into consideration and ofc. you could not, but the reason is that she's already been out somwhere (Brazil, Ru, Indo, not sure) for under 40k crystals, and she's deteriorating as a partner bcs new better and faster partners keep coming out, and if you seek value for that big amount of gold she's not it. She's a perfect partner for people with multiple new red event partners, in a comb. already mentioned mostly for ES, so.... Just a thought. And i think this is a last atempt to squeeze some cash from players by putting her in lease, before she comes in UBP

No.4 Just wait, in next six months there will be new partners coming out, so getting some tier 3 partners (ofc. they'll be tier 3 by the time you lease them and the new partners will already be here by then) Correction actually less then 6 months cuz it's already march, in just 3 months there will be some cool shit out. I'm not sure did anybody already spea about this. But a rumor is, red tavern and some manga versions of already known characters so food for thought

Important note about no.4. By wait i didn't mean you just sit and wait, you could get shinigami agent, get kirinji if you already don't have him, work for shinso, play around a little with them (also that sexy yoruichi why not). Save some vit. (that unohana kenpachi in ubp that i was already talking about, or a attack buff zanpakuto), or do some evo. Also you could top up and save while you wait, or better yet save money and top up by the time a new character get's here all at once (ultimate charge) and get some better shit

So any help out of all of this?

I already have Tenjiro, dislike him because he's too iffy, and being I'm running a T1 team off my Kieske, slowing down Tenjiro that much almost defeats the purpose of having him IMO. My Shini Kieske is much better for my team than Tenjiro. For Sexy Yourichi, just looking for a temp stand in for my third pve assaulter (currently Zabimaru Renji) until I can get CSB Kenny. As for Cute Orihime, I just don't really have a use for her. Really looking for an end game support to fill a gap in what I need.. which right now is vanguard destruction... and I figure that the extra AOE damage from B Rukia will help kill supports round one... not 100%, but I believe it should work for me... even if I end up not going with her, I'll only be out a very little bit of gold, and I'm gonna use her for bond if nothing else. And your right, I do not save for UBP, so if Retsu ends up there, I can't touch her. still knee deep in Evos.. Isshin is level 8, Soph is 7, Shinso is 10... under that they are all 4s and 5s as I'm not planning to have them end game.

wow, that's not that long ago, lol in fact, since i was level 105, i only rented Shinso for one day, lol suprised it caught me on that day. Currently I nerfed main and soph a little to bolster Isshin and Tavern Kieske (who is there instead of Shinso). Kieske and Isshin are at about 157k speed when I'm running Muramasa, always growing faster

Anyway perfectly understand that tenjiro kisuke thing. He's slowing down my shini urahara, i can imagine then how it must be for you. Also i get you, you tend to use characers that you also like, you don't just search for purpose only, that's fair enough. I'd probably never use tenjiro and his goofy ass even though i like his skill, speed, exclusive sill, mods etc.

I still stand by that you could wait, koga kuchiki is first one, still a couple of more to go in this 3 month period. To be continued

Bankai Rukia is subarashi,but overpriced. Go for Shinso-Retsu
