Question about char, soul skills and zanpakto

I have tavern urahara in my form and want to replace him with D. Rukia. I am wondering what soul skill and zanpakto would work best for the new form 2-2-1. I am also working on Res. Ulq and want to put him in as a replacement for tavern Kenny, but have about a month before I can do it.
