Hi, guys! Can you please tell me which is better of the two and why? I'm having trouble choosing between them cause I think Kaze's decrease in damage is a lot more important. I'd love to hear what you think

kazeshini is better for pvp for kazeshini as you said decreases there damage but also theres the normal buffs of speed and damage.
zabimaru is better for pve cuz in pve speed is not necessary and zabi gives more damage rate the only thing it does for pvp is boost your hp but battles are more dependent on speed
so my advice is use kazeshini for pvp and switch to zabimaru for pve
