eh kidding, anyways, take a look at this menu in your main game screen: click this button

It will then take you to a screen that looks like this: as you can see what the tab says, doing these things will make you more powerful, slowly but surely, follow these and keep up to date with it ^^

As others said, alliance campaign and simply attending daily events ( ) everyday will help you upgrade those things, as you obtain exp and silver from these daily events, alongside other rewards ^^
