There are 100 threads on this, the update today messed some stuff up. It more than likely won't be fixed till Monday sometime, and don't hold your breath for compensation, games like these browser games don't compensate.

so does this means game server rip us off and give us nothing in return when server is at fault?
how can server improve to gain numbers of players to play in this game server then?
is that why such low number of players playing in this server?
server don't have customer service will result lost of players.
now i see why such low numbers of player is in this server.

before u post games like there browser games don't compensate. have you done research to all games like this?
game like this comes from china, i been playing in china server before it comes international.
you get games from china to earn money, but don't follow they're methods of compensation how funny?
let me ask you, you order a cup of coffee and found a bug inside your coffee what will you do?
will the coffee house be in bad reputation if bugs was found in the coffee everytime?
i know i can't fit in the situation with games, but do you think it's better
to compensate to players rather them to give bad feedbacks in forum to cause a bad reputation to the game server.

let me tell you how china server give compensation.
new bugs found and affect what you can get ingame, mats, silver, items, equips,
so on, as long you lose what you gonna get that day = players get compensate.
emergency maintance = players get compensate.
so don't tell me game like this don't compensate.
even r2games compensate after many complains by players. they are doing well so far.
so you want to get many complains befiore compensating to players?
or you guys gonna act fast to reduce the complains before you lost tons of players?

Maybe even if they don't compensate us, at least they should have assure us that something mess up like this wouldn't happen again next time.

I'm saying it because they have not been known to give out compensation, and I doubt the CN servers do either for this game.

I said I highly doubt they will, maybe they will, but don't hold your breath. People are going to play regardless, let's not be blind.

I've seen both outcomes. I've played games where they compensate for regularly scheduled maintenance and I've played games where they NEVER compensate, even for emergency maintenance. For the record, these were produced by the same company. Based on this, I believe that it depends on who is managing the game that will determine whether or not compensation is given here.

regularly scheduled maintance will not be compensate for sure, this part is understood.
compensation is important to build up the server reputation and to keep customer happy.
as i see this server only have 1 game, they need to build up reputation and gain numbers of players.
so when they expand and buy in new games, it will have much more sales.
customer service is so important, and so is the moderator in the forum.
cause he hold respondsiblility to what he says.
and this is to everythingswrong, u can simply say i will check with them, when i have answer will let you know.
words are so important, you just need to know how to say it. no offence.
