Host Mod Soul - Gold reset = 100%

I've been told by someone who did it that host mod soul resets 100% of pills if you use gold, not 80% like it says.  Can anyone else confirm?

I know I reset it for silver before and believe I got 80% back.

I can't confirm as of recent but I resetted if I remember correctly about 6 or so months ago.  I used gold and it definately didn't give me back 100% it gave me 80%.

Interesting.  The person that told me would definitely not lie about it to me.  He said he reset, didn't like it... so he reset again to the way he was and is still at the same level as he was originally.

I really really want to reset and get Gin.... but I'm so afraid of not getting 100% back, lol.

if gin is that much better than your current mod soul and you can take the power loss for pve/pvp  ...

I have lvl 94ish Kenpachi atm.  I know I can get gin and probably to lvl 30ish?  which should be about the same BP all around.  But that's with 100% Reset.  With 80% or 60% I wouldn't even get gin so I'd get a DRAMATIC loss of BP and overall power.

Holmes seems to be a tiny upgrade over gin to me... it's basically just more pdef.  A lot more pdef of course, but still.... nothing else changes.  And holmes would take, IMO, 12 more months than Gin would.  Just like gin takes about 6-8+ more months than Kenpachi does.

The only reason I'd consider switching is because I was told I'd definitely get 100% back on gold reset.   In which case it seem a no brainer.

I'll solve this riddle for myself by topping up $5 on my alt and resetting his mod soul.
