on server us 325 even though I am lvl 56 12th division palace does not activate

It won't activate if you have already done a spirit palace for the day.

lol theres a bug for soul palace that I love
when I'm going through the tower and randomly it wont let me battle so I keep on clicking on experiences and when it finally lets me battle I go from 1 to around 14 which saves me time

alright so looked and it says for vanguard toshiros skill that he attacks enemy vanguard and assaulters at 150% and decreases enemies attack and break defense by 25% and increases own block rate by 25% for 3 rounds
