Kara no kyoukai , it's of main character which is Shiki. Really good anime, although can be difficult to understand as it's not in chronological order. (I cheated and watched in chronological cos why not?) It's a set of few movies with nice animation and quite mature setting, at least in my opinion.

I'll have to watch it sometime. So it's like Fate/ Stay night and such were it was not release in chronological order?
Is it better to watch in the chronological order or the way it was released?

Not sure, but when I began watching it in non-chronological it felt extremely confusing. So your call mate.
Stein Gate is next on my list after I'll finish katanagatari.

If you enjoy reading to any extend the Visual Novel from which the anime was born is definitely worth a try.
But Steins; Gate is a MUST see.
And if you want confusing watch Chaos; Head.
