A lot, if not all of us, in server 33 didn't get anything. Neither the coupons or the silver. It's ironic how even the compensation for the glitch glitched.

lol. I had to reset the server and then the email popped back up again and it worked the second time.

First of all, people lost 3 days soul hunt, you know that we go soul hunt to transform items... silver compensation useless and those 50 cupons ar just WOW 4 lvl 1 stones OMG

Don't receive either but we should wait, maybe they do it server but server, the most important is everything in order, i lost some spirit water yesterday since i was shura for about 20 hours didn't get any...Bad luck i presume,

Ok , it seems that the compensation mail is missing for several players me being one of them.

im on server 40 eu and gotten no compensation.. and yes the soul hunt was gone... ty for fixing it though

it's good even it's a alittle compensation don't you think, we can't request for more.
it's a lost to our equips upgrade and so do the rest.
so it's fair even we don't get the mats for upgrade as rewards.

seriously this 2 days was too awful evil spirit ryoka lag, after refresh even your idle/afk its getting lag, beauty games like matrix, please fix this too, downgrade the effect or whatever.

From Friday till Monday, your math flawless and " but be thankful" for what ? this is about fairness , lag, bugs, they open new servers after new servers when some servers are max 50 players, who manages this, a twelve year boy ?

lol you know that 1day of missing soul hunt is a huge down if you upgrading your set, the compensation is somehow not that good i rather get the soul than that 50 coupon cus i can gain them with daily task alone.

FYI it start on SATURDAY and ends on Monday, and you say its 1day only something is wrong with you man seriously

I'm glad we got compensation, it's a little low though and the compensation isn't related to what was missing, so if we had to get silver and coupons I'd rather have gotten like 5m silver and 100 coupons.

im clan leader of vastolorde and im having major setback

after getting sado with purple souls 2 or 3 days ago my souls gathering stopped adding souls to my inventory so ive lost 10 gold 230 purples and 60 blues during these days.. my invetory still stuck at 20 purple and 20 blues 0 golden! also i used purple janken 2 times and nothing happened!!
just please give me my souls back asap i need my purple characters
so please can u add these sums i posted here to get back to normal please?

as i cant develop in BP as much as fellow players im starting to fall behind so please do thi asap ty xx
