make sure toshi deals damage, win within 10 rounds, don't die. should work

make sure u kill vg and assaulter with ur team, and let toshiro hit and kill the support

make Toshiro deal 30% or above damage to pass, and 4 characters survive in total, so have your main do a skill that attacks vg first or something

Use main and another assaulter with equipment
No vg
Use 2 supp no equipment or anything, no zanpakto

try using 3 supports stripped of gear, they won take any hits, only risk is getting killed by blocked

All you need are 2 strong ppl who can kill vanguard and assaulter(you dont need t1 or anything) and 2 weak (stripped of eq partners) who need to be slower than toshiro so he can attack those 3 supports. As long and you will not encounter + phys def buff on enemies or dmg debuff on all "monsters" meaning enemy and toshiro on your team you should finish it easily.
Also dont use zanpakuto as was said.
