have your big guilds break up into smaller ones. or make a few alts in different guilds, have them register, the number of guilds determine number of lanes

HI again this is 2nd time that someya yama and general zod are the same side.
someya yama and General zod are respectfully no.1 and no.2 rank players on server 70.

from what i can tell, guild wars side splitting is based on guild total battle powers of ppl that registered
starts with highest registered bp guild one side, then 2nd and 3rd one side, 4th and so on will try to balance the bp of both sides

NOTE: only players that register for guild wars count in battle power

and if you want multiple lanes, you need about 15-20 ppl registered for gw, not sure if there is a number of guild required, if there is maybe 4-5
