God-Vang tips

So, when my Shinso expired I spent about 2 hours redoing my party again and again and again trying different things and came to a conclusion...   with almost 500k BP, Hyorinmaru, a socketed 110 inferno set of equipment, T1, full spirit forged set of level 100 accessories, level 50 minizuki mod soul, best hollow soul stuff, best stones, and so on...  my Soph could not be described as a god-vang IMO, even with Cute Orihime as a support to boost that block at attack.  She was for sure grizzly, but wasn't just OP like I see from others.

I am not looking to build a god-vang as it's just not my focus.  Some people are tho, what are some tips for one?   What makes a God-Vang?  I'm sure higher block than what I can get would help (mine tops out around 85%)  More attack of course is always nice.  I stacked speed on mine to get her skilling as quick as I could.  Like does the average player have to sacrifice their assaulters totally basically to get the needed stones?

im lvl 93 and im stuck having to buy a 2nd vang from tavern for HMA, cana nyone please tell me how to do better cuz im using full infused lvl 80 gear sets

yeah,  the main reason I do it is because when most people ask for help they say something like...   "should I get this partner or that one?"   and they get 20 posts saying "we need more info to tell you"  lol    problem solved   XD

Maybe not for god VG, but for every other formation Soph is dramatically better than H.Ichigo, IMO.

im saying there is over %90 counter rate vg's in my server and highest crit rate like %50-55 currently.

for your question, (i answer generally, i dont know your current setup)
1- i think most commonly seen mistake is not putting any hit stone on vanguard. two good hit stone should do work, you dont wanna miss your skill.
2- do not over stack counter on vanguards since most partners dont have that much crit and your other partners need counter too, you can replace 2 counter stones with others (4counter not 6 for example)
3-you can do soul cultivation for your vg after you done with your dps character. i think its necessary and dont want to explain why it could be another topic.
4-there is 2 kind of set for vg. one with high stamina and other with high phy-kido def low stamina some partners like komadog got more benefit from high def one.
5-and last one for new starters, if you want a good vanguard oriented team you can go with kido main it helps your vg alot.

there is other things too but you probably know it or people mention it before
