why i cant reset it am I missing something? this happens last 3days and im 20coupons away from my partner

try clicking it, then come back later,  sometimes it happens

do u always reset just after 00:00 ? never do that , wait for 1 hour or so  cz they initialize players data at that time i guess it happens to me always whenever i try to reset it at 00:00 , so wait a bit to do so.
