When new partners are first added, are they always a direct buy or Top-up reward or has it been a mix or both? Since it sounds like Nemu is the next one coming out, I plan on getting her.
There have been times in holiday events where new partners are available via gold consumption as opposed to top-up, but outside that, they appear in UC. Nemu in particular will be in UC, April 14.
