hello i spent all day today grinding to try and get the level 40 items set once you reach level 40 on the first day and i didnt recieve any of the items and im quite annoyed by it please fix this.

As much as i know .... there is no level 40 set .. only lvl 30-50-70-etc..

Level 30 set purple, drops from the instance on the first map. Then you forge it together. Also, unlike China servers we have to buy our ultimate starter set which on China it's a purple set of the dread set. As for the items to forge the set itself, it's completely random which can get annoying but it's apart of the grind so, get used to it.

Maybe he's talking about lvl 40 ultimate set. I think it's called wind set, maybe it was a prize in a event if you reach lvl 40 on the first day, who knows. A lot of stuff changed regarding starting on new server since i started playing

If not dude, there's no regular lvl 40 equipment. And also you said items, so again not sure are we on the same page

Not sure. Anyway he needs to upgrade his rank...

And if it was a prize, either you didn't claim it, or it was supposed to be sent via ingame mail it might be there. Check your bag if you did claim, if it's mail check there, if not wait it just might pop up in your mail a little late

Worst case scenario you'll never get it cause of some conplications or bugs. A lot of people didn't receive their csb end season reward for thrid time already. Nothing can be done about it

I'm pretty sure you dont get the Lv40 Wind Set for free, you have to top up 400 gold and redeem it through the Super Rebate event button
