So I litterally just bought harribel from 70 tavern, isn't it supposed to activate the bond if I put it in the "Attribute bonus" section? Or does it rlly need to be on the formation? If so, what is the attribute bonus thing?

You have to do the Bond training. Example Ganju Bond with Iziru for more defense. You must have Stage 1 3 starred, then do the Stage with Main and Ganju only (no zanpakuto) and meet certain requirements. If you have issue with reading the requirement, load the game up in chrome and go to the zoom feature on the settings which can help you view the text by zooming out.

There was no requirement, just like kirinji, plus if I use him on my formation it works, so how does attribute bonus work?

with bonus attribute you put in partners you arent gonna use but still want the bond for your current party members, you have to complete there bond training stage first though
who are you trying to get the bond for?

i think with main only if the partner joins battle does it work, attribute bonus is for other partners

Bonds that go on / effect main character = they must join battles as a formation member. For your other partners to have say Harribel bond to Ikkaku to increase his combo rate, thats when you must have the Stage fights done + special requirements to 'unlock' them then add the extra partner to the Bonus Att.

Edit: @ Shadow, Consortium means something along the lines of ;a group of people, companies, etc., that agree to work together. It was the old Guild name I used back in my days in larger MMORPGs that I had a bunch of players join (multi-gaming guild), but for the most part we lost touch over the years and all play different games now. But that is basically what my name comes from.
