She is great for me. My ES damage went from around 6-7% to 10-11% today with her. I used Mayuri, Yamma, Senjumaru and Nemu. If I get BRenji with my points, it with be even higher.

There are partners that are MUCH better than her in PvE, using Unohana or Hikifune will give you much more damage than Nemu ever could. And they're much much cheaper.

I have Unohana, but she is not very good with the same gear I use with Nemu. She has about half of the speed Nemu does. Since I have 3 assaulters she buffs them as well. Nemu's BP is 340k compared to 220k for Unohana using same gear.

Unohana isn't supposed to be fast, she's supposed to do a lot of damage.
Her skill is 400%, she's doing roughly 4x as much damage as Nemu is doing, she hits like a truck and is, hands down, one of the best PvE characters in this game.

Edit: She's not the fastest character in the game, but with a bad treasure, level 10 stones and terrible accessories I still have her well over 400k speed, without even trying, so she can still be decently fast.

Right now you're arguing against 3 of the top hardest hitting people in this game for es, who all use Unohana as their staple character for PvE. I don't think you'll be winning this fight

That means your Unohana ken probably does not have enough attack to make a difference. Speed is a huge part of BP.
I do hope we are talking about ken version here.

I use her sometimes, but she dies too fast. Sometimes dies before she gets a turn. Nemu will at least get some hits in and buff the assaulters. I know I will never be a top dog like you since Katen is too expensive for 1 thing and I like using Mayuri all the time.

I am still a lot lower in level than the people that have been playing a long time time. I am the highest level on my server though. It will probably be about 2 weeks before I'm high enough to even use the Reincarnation feature.

None of the gold went to Nemu other than stripping Kirinji of his mods for her. I was tempted to get Katen on the last event cycle where they had 50k top up and spend 40k, but there was nothing to spend it on. If they had the Lucky Turntable we have this cycle, I would of got it then.

That's not what people are talking about when they say PvE though. We mean Evil Spirit and Ryoka. Those are the only places where you would be trying to do as much damage as possible. Bond and king of hollow souls are fought the same way as PvP. HMA IS PvP. No idea why you'd bring those into this

Other than taking out Ichibe for another assaulter, I don't change up my group when doing PVP or PVE. I just said earlier when I started using Nemu over Kirinji, my damage went up alot. I was doing 6-7% up until yesterday and was doing around 10-11% today with Nemu on the ES.

For the Ryoka event it doesn't matter since the round we get to on our server has enemies too weak to kill me. We don't have many active people so we only get to round 37.

When I get better gear and stones there wont be such a difference between Nemu and Retsu. I still have mostly level 7-10 stones. When I have more time into the game and more exclusive points for Retsu and probably BRenji they will squeak in for Yamma and Mayuri. I don't have enough gear to spread around yet and I'm trying to keep all my partners at least fairly close to BP with eachother. Nemu is highest now by about 40k and is about 70k higher than lowest.

I'll be straight with you on this, do NOT try to focus too much on keeping your partners close in BP to each other. BP means nothing. And in this game, unless you have maxed out stones, hollow souls, etc etc, it is always beneficial to stack your stuff onto the right characters. The difference between my highest and lowest bp partners is 1Million BP. Or if you are counting my main then the difference between him and my highest bp partner is 1.6 million bp. Truly, I'm trying to help you here. Do. Not. Focus. On. Keeping. Your. BP. Even.

Better gear will just widen the gap between Nemu and Retsu, and not in the way you're thinking.
The better your gear, stones, treasures, etc get, the better and better Retsu becomes.
Also, bp means ABSOLUTELY nothing, I can gain 400k bp right here and now just by equipping some hit stones.
Growth rates wise, Nemu is obviously better, Nemu's skill is garbage though. Unohanas skill is literally the highest damaging skill in the game.
Why do you have to keep arguing? You're completely wrong on this front and you should give up already.

Maybe my Retsu is broken, lol. Before I got Senjumaru, it was Retsu in that place. Senjumaru did much more damage in the King of Souls and Bond Training when I switched. Before I took out Retsu she did either good damage to 1 target, missed or did 5 damage. Senjumaru wasn't missing like Retsu was and I never seeing the 5 damage pop up. If you didn't notice, my group has everyone that attacks all enemies now.

The thing that will help Retsu out more is when I give her more exclusive points and work on her mods. My main, Mayuri and Nemu have the most levels for exclusive. It's too bad Retsu and other gold partners are limited on the gear they can wear.

Retsu isn't used for Hollow Souls, you'll be done with Hollow Souls by the time you're at 2.5m bp or so, after that then what? All that's left is to continue hitting harder and harder in PvE, that's all that matters, Nemu will do absolutely nothing in Ryoka or ES, you have to think long term here.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm trying to argue. I just wanted to point out Nemu wasn't terrible in the game. I just personally think this is the best event cycle I've seen considering if you don't have a top end team already. Topping up 30k can get you 4 great partners. You can get Nemu then do the Lucky Turntable and get 3 of the following: Oetsu, Ichibe, Hikifune, Isane, Hisagi and Berserk Renji. I mentioned in another thread Nemu herself wasn't worth the 30k, but what you can get with the gold if you top up is worth it.

I just got past the Starrk fight last night. Mayuri was the only one that wasn't getting crushed in the solo fight. Starrk couldn't kill Mayuri and I was running out of rounds trying to kill Starrk. Starting with the fury was all it took for my team to beat the group fight. Nemu and Mayuri were the MVP's there. Nemu did the most damage there. I beat the first solo fight again in the Tosen group, but got destroyed on the group part.

My team is still in the high 90's, so it will be a while before I get to Aizen.

I agree this is a good event cycle, Ultimate Charge as well as a free 40% for your top up is great alone, so I don't disagree with you on that.

Since my team members range from around 270-340k now and total BP is around 1.5m, they are no where near your team yet, lol.

At what point would you say to start concentrating on a few and what would be the best way for that?  My exclusive levels are main 21, Mayuri 15, Nemu 15, Senjumaru 10, Ichibe 7, Retsu 6 and Yamamoto 5.  Most stones are level 7-10 with some 11's.  Should I move best stones to one gear set and best Hogu's now or just wait until I start getting more higher level stones?

I should get to level 100 in about 2-3 days.  I will also probably be getting Berserk Renji with the points I have.  I wanted to get a healer, but I don't like the low agility on Isane.

IMO, with that kind of money in the game... your party should look like this...

Zanpacto: Muramasa/Tensa/Katen
Vanguard: none
Assaulter: Isshin, B Renji, Main (9th skill)
Support: Senju, Cute Orihime

Stack Senju as hard as you can, max speed, max kido attack, best of everything and make her T1
Have Cute Orihime go next, have Senju give her T1
B Renji next to Boost Crit, have Cute give him (and other 2 for that matter) T1
Main next to boost Attack
Isshin last to get that combo running

Now all your partners have massive Combo rate
Your Senju with one shot most/all of your PVP needs
Cute, Isshin, B Renji, and Main will all have different boost on your front 3, and if you stack them right with block stones, they will counter everything thrown at them
just... in short, your team would destroy in PVP and in PVE

Hiki over Cute Orihime for sure, use main's combo skill, Kensei over Isshin, besides for that that makes an okay 2-3-0 pve team.

I disagree... Cute Orihime is key to help boost the block rate of the front 3, causing extra hits in PVE (a counter attack is basicly a 100% boost to damage that doesn't interfere with any other boosts and helps nullify damage) and Isshin grants more combo rate, and has higher damage %, and with the amount of exclusive skill this guy is throwing out, his exclusive skill is within sight... which makes it a non-contest. besides, with Senju in the back, he doesn't need that extra PVP that Kensei grants... Then again, this is just my opinion, and I could be wrong

Block isn't hard to get, Hiki's 50% boost in attack is far better than anything Cute Orihime can do, especially since with Senju she will skill every turn.
Kensei offers more combo rate as well. He skills every turn.
There's a reason no one good uses Isshin or Cute anymore, friend.

we will have to agree to disagree... I'm sure you have very good points here.. but here are mine...
Senju does not skill every turn, so her 40% only comes every third round with no combos or other fury builders in play
with 80% block on front 3, cute makes them 100%, and grants 30+ fury (making full T1 much easier)
True, Hikifune is a great partner, but with new inherit feature, all the tops and middles will laugh at her invincibility
Not sure of Isshin's damage vs Kensei's damage (not %, but real world numbers) so I can't comment on that, but Isshin does grant %5 more combo rate, and that's noticeable IMO

I had a lot of luck my first few weeks doing it getting alot of big stacks 400, 500 and 600. I did use gold the other day when they had Ichibe, Brenji, Kirinji and the stacks of 100. I have poured a ton of silver into it.

I did end up getting BRenji with the points. I need XP scrolls to get him up in level though since I used mine on Nemu.

I dont think, that 0,3 more growth rate is worth more than the 3% more from bound compared to senru.
But i am not exactly sure, what the growth rate is doing at all.

Nemu is faster. With their normal gear my Senjumaru has 114k speed and Nemu has 157k. When I swap Senjumaru has 118k and Nemu has 152k. Nemu has 5 more exclusive levels so that accounts for 7.1k. Nemu has her +20% mods and Senjumaru doesn't, but that still doesn't make up the difference.

When u take the 118k speed, add 7,1k and multiplicate with 1,2 u would already be 150k speed. Ignoring, that the Zanpakuto would increase the 7,1 a bit too, so the final speed could be a bit avove 151. Then Senru can have 15% Speed by bound and Nemu only 12% it would be,

150 * 1,15 = 172,5
152 * 1,12 = 170,24

when u had both bounds maxed.
Its only a rough calculation but at least a bit more precise than urs.

Shy Nemu may also have a higher Agility talent, at least that's what I remember from their initial proposed stats for her. Right now, it doesn't say exact percents, so I don't know if it's still 20%.

Whether that and her higher agility growth is good enough to outspeed a well-built Senjumaru, I don't know. Pure speed boost is better than Agility boost. If you mostly have agility contributing to your speed, then I could see Nemu being really fast. However, high level players have raw speed bonuses added all over the place, which won't be helped by her agility talent.

It does sound like if her agility talent and growth are higher, they will at least be somewhat close in speed for only a 3% difference in raw speed boost. It's really hard for me to say who is better in speed, but Senjumaru is definitely better for my team in ability.

You are leaving out Nemu's higher agility modifier. Nemu is 5.5 and Senjumaru is 5.2. That is over a 5% difference making up for the lower base.

I have no idea how these agi modifier is calculated correctly. But when they would do really much, upgrading the soulmap for the prot for 0,4 points at some stat should do a bit more than nearly nothing.

Senju should have over 100% crit, therefore she'll crit fury giving 60 every turn, 95% of the time she skills every single turn also.
Hiki isn't good because of her invincibility anymore, its just her 50% attack bonus.
I know first hand that having Kensei is better, because I used to use that exact formation before, switching Isshin with Kensei was an obvious bonus in damage.

I disagree... Cute Orihime is key to help boost the block rate of the front 3, causing extra hits ...

I'd also like to add that I traded Cute for for Hiki as soon as she came out, again I gained a huge damage increase, that's what I am certain having Hiki over Orihime is better.

no you dont need a VG at all period
for pve during ryoka i make it to wave 70 without a VG after that i cant one shot them anyways but feed on the leftoversp eople cant kill so its all good lol...

pvp wise a VG isnt needed if just one of your own partners can 1shot the whole team lol..

Thats the only reason I have been working on pve as well, Coz yours is the next server we'd merge with and I know what monsters you have in there xD Though m not nearly as half good as you people but decent enough to kill till wave 65-66

No, i mean Shy Nemu´s normal skill casts Chaos on Assaulter. And i would like to know, if BRenji with 6th mod will kill his own supporters then.
