Kirinji or Retsu Kenpachi?

As we all know, retsu unohana kenpachi is in ubp.  Now, there are many good supports out there.  Currently I have shinso/kisuke for t1, so he's endgame, but I need one more supporter.  There's only one slot available since I have vg, main and isshin in assaulter line.  Currently I use kirinji as support.  In a few days I'm going to replace kisuke for shinso, so that's definately endgame for t1.  

NOw the question, is retsu unohana kenpachi better than kirinji/ultima aizen?  I heard people saying retsu is a beast in damage/es, which is very good as I could always use that, but now with kirnji's amazing mods and his evo, I'm not sure who'd be better.

So one supporter slot remains, should I keep using kirinji?  Use ultima for pvp and kirinji for pve?  Or get retsu kenpachi for pve?  If I do alternate between the 3 of them I'd end up having them very low leveled.

Well, if you focus on PVE, and you should focus at this point on PVE, for sure Unohana Kenpachi. She is beast. For PvP, Kirinji is better because of his speed. You already own Kirinji, right ? Just go for Unohana and you can switch Kirinji with her for events (Evil spirits and Ryoka attack).

But I wonder, how close does kirnj's damage get to retsu unohana considering I have no bonds for retsu, as I need d.rukia and t.s. ichigo, so that's no bonds for her.  Meanwhile for kirinji, he has no bonds either but his evolution gives quite a good punch in wisdom, plus he's 4th star modded.

(Kirinji would probably be better in PvP, but if you are looking for balance without switching, Kirinji is your man, I suppose)

I could imagine there's some ult. gears there and some tier 10 or tier 11 hogus along with perhaps a katen.  But the thing is, that I don't have d.rukia or tsi ichigo for bond.  If I had them perhaps I could increase her damage but that damage is really appealing.  Also I use zangetsu, so I don't know how well that would work for her.  

And yeah, sometimes I'm too lazy to switch, probably because lack of time, so that's why I thought kirinji would be better, but that damage from retsu really got me thinking again.

I believe this may have also been with the 300% bonus effect on reincarnation.

Is the 300% bonus from reincarnation random?  Meaning, did you randomly get it on your retsu? By luck?  Or did you first had to get another effect before getting that one?

You can get it by default when you reincarnate, or you can reset the bonus attribute you get till you get the 300% chance one. I got the 300% damage one on 3/5 of my characters when I reincarnated them, got it on the other two after 2-3 resets.
