what happens esque my account has many errors.

-My server (US)
Name account : Z u l l
Server : 173

-Day 09.04.16 ( deposited in my account, 800 gold )

1° - In ''DAILY'' should give me my daily coupons ( for a month) and not received any coupon, not a single day.

2° - I enter my account, I go to where it says '' HOME '' I click where it says ''JIGOKUCHO'' and I realize, that my account It is stuck, does not raise his experience. ( It does not go up )

3° - My '' hollow world '' restart, and nothing happens ( even with '' Shinigami Agent '' )

1. i think that if your top up overlapped with your last monthly card it wont extend it.

2. mine is also stuck in jigokucho might just be everyone in our server group.

3. i dont know what you mean by "hollow world"

Is your jigokucho the same level as your main character by any chance? Because it won't level up past main character's level

but there is still the problem of the ' ' Daily ' :

If your Jigokucho is really that level (you said 117) and your main character level is 114 then I'm going to assume you either reincarnated in which case might be a bug / glitch, if not reincarnated then something really screwed up since it is not to be able to level up past main character level ever.

Not to keen on how the refreshing time on monthly card you get from topping up works but I would assume it doesn't stack like Shinigami Agent time does in which case wait for it to run out then top up again for the requirement to kick in.

Hueco Mondo Attack (hollow world as you call it), the reset times due to daylight savings is pushed back a hour after server reset takes place so, resetting before 01:00:00 might result in you losing your reset chance. Other then that I'm not sure what else is the problem. Maybe also try clearing your browser cache which seems to fix some issues.

From my understanding, the Monthly Card you get when you top up 300 gold or more (for the sign in rewards - Coupons and the Mod Soul Fragments for 30 days) doesn't carry over the time. Meaning Top up 300 gold + 1 month, claim rewards then top up again after 30 days to get a new Monthly Card. It might be different then how I'm saying so, if someone who tops up monthly or more then monthly could weigh in it would help.

If I'm correct, you might of topped up during your current monthly card time and it didn't refresh the amount of days in which case it either works like that or a bug (I'm not really sure which). However with any gold related issue you really should contact support since it's costing you real money.
