I'm having the same issue except mine says I completed owning Chad and being level 32, but I also have 2 sets of ultimate gear(including weapons) yet it says I have 1 and will not give me my Nanao. I wrote to support and have not recieved a response. I spent $10 to get Nanao so I'm pretty frustrated about not getting her.
