Hi, need some help here

Current team:
Hikifune  Ikkaku
                        Ichibe
Kirinji    Main.C

I need to get a PVE focused team that can be used for a long time, also one that could handle PVP well, beacuse its difficult to handle more than 6-7 partners. Thinking about replacing Ichibe and maybe also Ikkaku for PVE.
Keep hearing people saying Isshin and B.renji is good for PVE, and Senjumaru is good in PVP and PVE but cant decide which is better to mix in overall
Kirinji is good early but Senjumaru is better when fully built later in the game.

Im in new server and trying to enhance my BP.
Zanpaktou is Zabimaru-Pve and Hyorinmaru-Pvp. Main mod soul is Hollowed Arrarancar (Kido)
My BP is very low for some reason

. I've been looking at forums and guides and trying to do my best to improve my team and BP

IMO, your team should look like this, end game...
Hikifune Shini Kensei or Isshin
(PVE) B.Renji/Noza Kenpachi (late Ryoka and PVP)
Senjumaru Main. C
Hyorin will work nicely with this setup as long as you stack on your noza fairly hardMuramasa or Zangetsu are probably the best you can get if your under that $1000 price tag
Senbon will be a no no because he ignores your supports
Tensa and Katen are of course wonderful with this setup also

Shini Kensei is more PVP oriented, Isshin is more PVE, both do both well
