Yeah it really it worded badly for how you get it

and spending vitality is literally the only way to get it

I guess it makes sense in a way, activity in the game does kind of refer to spending vitality

but eh yeah, kinda worded badly xD

It's a bit weirdly named

Really, you gain guild activity by spending vitality

that's pretty much it xD

Spend an amount of vitality, and you get amounts of guild activity in return ^^
