SWP recruitment limit

IM Tona Riki from Server 89 lvl 128. Since when has there ever been a Recruitment cap on Special War Power? i recruited 3 and have been working months on recruiting Aizen, today i finally managed to get all coupons and reishi go to recruit and it tells me " Reached Cap" as buggy and glitchy this game has been no where on Special War Power was anything about this or else i would not have wasted so much time trying to recruit Aizen. The little "?" where you get infomation from on how it works DOES NOT WORK. I am highly pissed off over this!!!

Maybe you don't have partner slots you should buy or dismiss a partner

No, not a problem there, i have 2 slots open, also even tried dismissing Pantera Still doesnt work

try resetting your browser, clearing cache, ect...  I have 5 SWP partners ATM, sounds like its a buggy situation...  i assume you can have them all

Yep I have them all also never got such problem, he must be doing something wrong
