İs there a new patch or something happening game cause my screen is black and cant load game even i do erase all my browsers past and cookies and use different browsers... <@

Was about to drop another post, beat me to it. It is regardless of browser at the moment, like playing in sand it's so lagged out.

Chrome is done it seems, total black screen, but since they 'fixed' the issues after the missing soul hunt the game has been running at a crawl, the lag and slow motion.
Ryoka, campaign etc are a pain in the ass due to what server EU13 calls it running in matrix mode.
Tried it in Opera but its as awful as playing it in Firefox.

Update-- I'm back in the game now. Not sure what happened but it's working for me now.

Good for ya but im still w8 for god damn black screen whatever i done its useless maybe we got bugged but why :S hope they can fix this before evil spirit event

yes in the citrio browser its working(but how long?) but in chrome, interner explorer and mozilla firefox we can forget about use to play for a while

citrio works because in fact is another Chrome based browser that means that they update him slower, chrome is first update and after devs of Chrome based browser update own browsers

I have the same problem, the loading screen is black since 13:00 more or less.(+1 hour time since i live in germany)

the problem is when you update the adobe flash player from 15.0.0.152 to 15.0.0.187

this game only can run on 15.0.0.152 NOT in 15.0.0.187
firefox never update his flash player automaticaly only chrome does so
for people who has chrome try to get it downgraded or disable the new one and run the older version
otherwise you sould WAIT till this bleach online get update and compatible with version 15.0.0.187
update adobe player now wont work. Disable might work if people know how to set it right with your knowlegde from your own pc

Its cuz u updated your flash player. The new flash player doesn't support this game. So if u want to play either get old flash player or beg the support team to upgrade the game so its supported by the new flash player.
