from what i know it will cost you at least 5k gold to get her im not sure about that probably more and also i dont think you can get her again any time soon...

It was around 25k gold to get her off the first Ultimate BP event.

Also you can't just upgrade normal Rukia to Dark Rukia, this isn't Unlimited Ninja.
