lol no if he has hiki his best investment is to t1 her then if he has enough he can renew but shini agent isn't that important it just lets you have the easy way out like the mop up for conquest and sure it gives you extra alliance shit but its only 3 you might as well wait another day one of the biggest things is hogyoku for it but hogyoku doesn't compare to a t1 hikifune in importance

Guess I'm out of touch with the newer partners lol. Oh well Voted for T1 Hiki, just make sure to make sure she lives and is actually fast as hell or money will be wasted like our current #1 on US 272.

t1 hiki is a very effective way to fuck some one over for instance I am fucked over by the second place in my server for his hiki makes all his partners invincible so I get buttraped by him

My example is about the same but only to a point. The player / #2 only has his Hiki @ 220k Speed if I remember correctly. In which case until I pass that speed amount enough to render the Hiki useless I have to deal with being 3rd. Once I past him since he is pretty inactive..it will be considered money wasted.

Much like my #1, 263k Speed Senju T1. Money Wasted..

Both inactive but sure spent a good amount. Only keeps me from retaking first for a few more months. Even figured up the #1 spent about $950 or more and to be beat by $45, I wouldn't show my face on the server much either like he is currently doing.

but it will take time to get your speed up to what was it 220k or something whatever the point is your gonna need that speed on someone who can make his ppl useless

My Gin is @ 135k, Tosen is @ 125k. I'm getting there. Close to 1,000 more fragments to dump on one of them. Most likely on my Gin as his Exclusive not only hits Support, but removes Fury and can silence those not immune. Giving My Tosen + Main enough time to one shot Assaulters and really screw up support / vanguard leaving my Aizen to stun and fury deduct Support further.

got the same problem, lol but mine actually hits hard and is paired with very fast Shinso, so i get a decent hit from it... then of course i miss all my hits :/ oh well, only need another 35k or so speed on supports to catch him and start to win again... oh well, such is life...

too bad most partners got silence resistance and moding alot easier now. but it will work
against free partners.

Wasn't using the exclusive skill really for the silence but the damage and fury deduction to render T1 useless.

but yeah for you hes no problem but his hikifune at max speed is 292k so I'm no where near it

once you get that speed up there, his party isn't that tough! keep your chin up and every day or so, purchase from the shop a level 3 or 4 agi stone... sooner or later you will start to feel that speed increase!!

how is your tosen doing at pvp. I just got mine haven't tried him yet. modding him just in case I might use him oneday for CSB or HMA

Here is my baby. Not as far along as most players but given 6 months and everyone except for 1 partner is over 200k BP good enough. Currently level 6 evolution and level 8 exclusive (will be changing very soon). Anyways he pulls some good damage and I have the Critical Damage weapon enchantment as well as reincarnation +300% Damage. I'm sure Yamamoto would be overall better but with my formation build, Yamamoto wouldn't really be needed (taking into account exclusives I'm getting).

question is can I make him faster than yama without spending any fragment? If tosen skill first that would save many fights for me. I am around your lvl, going to use lvl7 agi on him.

Without exclusive fragments? Possible but also depends on how far you are hollow map wise too. I mean My Tosen really only has like 8.8k ish speed from Exclusives. Which would still put him faster then some Yamamotos around the same level. That's also with +30 Strength and Agi Spirit Forged level 100 accessories. Anyways, plan on taking him to level 30+ Exclusive and might just keep him as my final pvp Assaulter. Sure plenty of better ones via Gold / UBP but I'm old school and prefer to win with taverns. It just means more then using the overpowered partners =p
