Depends on your formation. If you want a crazy tank with self heal then go with DI, if you want a fully offensive Van then go with TSI. I picked up DI because I want a tank that will never die (once I get him evolved, leveled, etc). TSI isn't really worth it nowadays. I'm on the FB servers so DI is actually pretty cheap compared to TSI (30k vs 40k or 1000 per week vs 1550 per week lease).

DI is utter garbage now.
TSI is still in the top 3 Vanguards overall in the game while DI is just an expired toy.

I guess on the Gogames server he is. On the FB Servers DI is 10k less than TSI.

You could wait for next UBP event.. this time it was Shinigami Kensei.. B Renji before that.. who knows what the next one is, maybe it's TSI? Who knows.

Anyways up to you, since I use a Soph. Rangiku w/ 230k'ish BP I couldn't really tell you :p But I like the self heal on DI, though personally now if I had the cash. I'd go for Sexy Kukaku
