the answer depends on if ulq is t1 or not. if he is not t1 then id say use kiskue,(to get him t1) gin(ulq will most likely kill any sups as long as you build him properly so i chose gin so you can stun Assaulters), noza (h ichi will be fine until you actually get him but id reccomend getting noza after you get ulq done)with him. if t1 then use aizen, gin, noza

Resurreccion Ulquiorra regens 38 fury when he skills. Thats 50+38=88 fury. Cute orihime gives 30 ...

he regens 38. not 50+38. you get 50 when you autoattack. you need 2 fury partner or some high combo partner neer ulqiorra to skill each turn.

alternatively he could get ulq and ori to 100%+ crit so they give crit fury every time. ulq will get 57 fury if he crits, ori gives 45. that is a total of 102 fury every turn.
