Clear cache helped.
But this evening, doesn't.

EU8 as well / seems all EU servers are concerned.
none of previous ways are working (clear cache / change browser / in private navigation,...), so unfortunately, we just have to wait.
as some ppl were able to run event - those who were already logged in - don't expect any kind of compensation for this issue ;)
