Currently at about 6.5K Vitality. Saving for UPB, but I pretty much already have better partners and zanpakto. Would I be better off just spending it on the current event if I am looking to increase my strength?

I have a lot actually, but my current formation is Senju, Shy Nemu, Hikifune, Main, and TS Ichigo.
