DNS change..modem restarted..Internet service Provider contacted..cant solve.. wen cyber cafe..still same problem..

Problem for player in Malaysia already fixed. For those who can't play,try to change your IP to Europe IP. It might slow your internet a bit but you can still enter the server until they fix it

7day start event just ended i took ichygo to my formation from backapack and it didn't complete event "Recruit Partners" why is that i knew that if you take it after 7th day when new event starts i can get the revard. And this time it's broken. First time i remember played in us15 didn't recieved deed mansion like everybody did.... what the hell? fix it.and when it will be possible to donate via mobile phone? if it will be after all?

3)     Payment problems


same day the 10% rebate started at around 7am server time give or take say 15 minutes.  Topped up about $200 through paymentwall with my visa. Have yet to see any gold for the payment or the rebate. The funds have been taken out of my account as well; as I've checked that.

UPdate More then 3 days have passed and gold still not on account or the rebate. issue needs to be looked into as the event ends today.

This is not a big bug but its with the enemy vanguards. When i kill them they don't go away and when i look at there health its like 0/111 or a number after that its not a big bug but please fix!Thank you!

okay okay lets see first for Epic yeah that happens sometimes don't worry it will get fixed and so long as they dont comeback from the dead and attack just try to ignore it for now.

Next to Zhenxie were you in the same server that you was in the first time, because if you logged into a different  server you have to start over on that server but you character is still on the first server you played it on . If you dont remember it try the hard way and try going in all the server that show up on the server page until you find the right one usually it will tell you recent servers you were in.

yeah it's 9:20 pm in new york and for both servers i play #'s 44 And 25 don't seem to be letting me get past loading the game .and thats with only running the browser for the game only i tried it two serperate times for each one once still could not get in .

in arena before the rewards 3-4 minutes they gave their place and get back so after that if u r 3 u coem 5th or 6th and couse of that u loose prestige and silver also. Most of htem working and couse of that they cannt look or w8 for that trick.

Stuck at black screen with 96% and sometimes 0% if it taking a very long time to load it asked to refresh my browser
Game freezes during events & battles. Loading game resources (1/1) 0%. And still didn't continue loading (this happen everytime i open this game)
Sometimes when i login and open this game it says Operation timed out. Fail to initialize game, please refresh and try again.

bcoz my ISP had tht problem earlier. n tht makes it almost impossible to log in...

Hi i believe im having an in game bug. I bought the lvl 3 Cyclone Fragment box in the Ultimate weapon library and have not recieved any Cyclone Fragments. I have 5 fragments from trading in equipment but that box is supposed to give 20-40 fragments. Not sure if it takes a while to appear but usually these pop in right away. Also just did the daily free 3 and it lowered my Cyclone Fragments back down to 4 so must be a bug.
