Monster in cd .......... this is the most annoying thing
On ryoka i can't battel monsters . when i refreshed my page i cann't enter the game
This game stared to be descends in level.

its from the beginning of Ryoka i entered then i can't kill them for like 10 min
so i refreshed my page and didn't enter the game not just Ryoka server is too slow on this moment

refreshing will not solve your problem.
CD just means there is nothing left to kill (or if your 10 sec. cooldown after a kill is not over yet)

how many players active in your Ryokas session?
if for instance there are 20 ppl in, with 10 having a faster computer than you do, all waves will be killed before you happen to make a single hit.
so then you unfortunately need to wait till some are not able to do one shoot kill anymore to enter the battle.
different browser can change (a lot) loading and running speed... did you try another one?

this happened to me a lot for me as well in the past (for many months, i couldn't hit much more than 5 waves in the 30 first ones!!!)
now we are around 7 ppl doing the event on our (old) server, so that makes it way easier to hit almost each waves from the 1st... even with a slow computers.

Monster in CD - Gotta wait till the wave represents real time. Everyone's internet speed is different and that's connected between every player within Ryoka, it's why you get people dominating from the start of Ryoka but fail short during the later waves, not because they were powerful, but simply hitting first ahead of everyone due to their great internet speed. The CD for monster is pretty much saying the Ryoka you're trying to fight isn't actually ready to be fought yet, or actually doesn't exist for the meantime, the next wave might already be in preparation for as the current wave you're trying to fight is just already dead, yet you're continuously running into it, waiting for the person that has already took that Ryoka you're trying to target to load their battle and whatnot.

Killing in CD - Just fairness in Ryoka. Once you kill you have a cooldown before you can kill again, prevents anyone dominating later in the Ryoka event from dominating early, or the other way around etc. just allows everyone to get a hit more or less ^^
