i got quite the same prob too....am buying GOLD and did receive rewards from :-
-SUPERVALUE > Top-Up Rebate, Daily Top Up Rewards ,
-FIRST TOP-UP GIFT PACK,
-& EMAIL > Single Top Up Rewards >reached 400 GOLD
BUT............I got probs in getting my VIP2 rewards under :~ Novice > Experiance, it shows that i have already receive all the VIP2 rewards.....but when i check in my Backpack.....it was not there as mentioned ....Am might slip or over look on what i check but to make it more clear of what i searching for.....
player who upgraded to VIP2 Experiance rewards should get the remaining reward for the left VIP2 remaining rewards right?....and theres a lot of them like SILVERS, BLUE STARS, PURPLE STARS, CRYSTAL CORE, REISHI, PRESTIGE, COUPON, SOUL TALISMAN, SOUL, REIATSU PILLS, VITALITY, SKILL SKROL....etc...i didnt even click on 'em yet.
For the first i thought i might get it all in by those email from SINGLE TOP UP EMAIL, but to think about it again,,,the most obvious is when theres lot of silver but ive receive a little...i dont wanna state it all coz this email goin to be longer than what i expected.....just to mention that i didnt get it all those rewards from the EXPERIENCE tab for the VIP2 upgrade rewards..... i felt like been cheated...i know this was just a game, but when someone paying for something...they want something in return....rite? i know we all do.
I dont know if this was a hack of someone or it was a miss programming thingy that i never know. What ever it was, please help me or us (gogames players) to solve this out.
Hope to get response and feedback from ur side(gogames support team)....this is my email [email protected] if gogames support team considering to help me out coz i did sent the same kind report as this by emaill, ill put some of attachment from my acc for reports sample.....just to mention that all of the Experience rewards tab shows am already receive it but i dont...thats all from me....
