ok so my csb byakuya is lvl 21 for exculsive skill..its telling me that in order to activate skill its says that i need to get him to lvl 50 but then towards the bottom exculsive skill hints it says to active new skill you need lvl 30 and to improve your grwoth rate you need to be lvl 50 like which one is itim confused asf someone help me out..

yea its swapped, dunno why but you need to get him to the higher level. i have seen this Q asked many times try searching next time
