If you still need help then I am happy to do so but you're gonna have to be a little bit more specific.

What's your formation, level, bp, vip? If you don't feel like sharing I can give you some overall tips.

Get tavern Unohana, stack Noza (Hyorinmaru/Senbon helps a lot but Tengen works as well), use different skills on main (3rd skill can help a lot). Use stunners like Harribel/Yoruichi. Use Kisuke for T1 , unless you have pure of course.

Well without knowing your formation , partners, zanpakuto , battle power, etc we can't give you any relative information without knowing those things.

Sorry for not giving any information. I am lvl70 formation 1-2-2 Sajin, Me, Ichigo, Momo and Inoue BP is 210,578 vip0 and I have Kazeshini Bankai, Zabimaru Bankai and Tengen Myou Bankai and my reiatsu is lvl 38.

Try different skills and zanpakutos and figure out what you need to do to beat them. I know I used yoruichi+harribel for most of my team fights it's a bit costly though in terms of silver unless you plan on getting them anyways. Later on I definitely recommend that you get Unohana. Also get Ikkaku instead of Ichigo, he's much stronger (SWP Renji is fine as well).

For the solo fights try stacking your main, not much else you can do at this level.

Don't worry too much about King of souls, try fighting them like once a week and continue to upgrade your team and eventually you'll beat them, not much for tips I know but you're still low level and there isn't much you can do yet.

Well thank you for the tips. Btw I am planning to get Byakuya cause I want him for PVP and as for Ikkaku I can do a fine job doing like 5% damage to evil spirit and like half hp to ryoka.
