You can get them when you got a higher rank and when the max level increased to 100+ or something

u need rank 10th division captain to get 5th formation in party, just drag which one u want.

u can get dark rukia as event reward and u can requite aizen at lvl 80+

You probably reached your maximum combatant in your formation.
*4 partners is available when you reach 12th Division. Lieutenant.
*5 partners is available when you reach 10th Division Captain.

you battle in arena and increase prestige and improve rank then you will have 4,5 respective in formation at various ranks

I'm kinda stuck. I try to fight the Depressing Hollow and it's just not working. Does anyone know how to get past that? If not, does anyone know how I can raise my characters' defense and attack as well getting my vanagaurd dodging as well and raising my support's healing powers?

you can either clear it with some partners/zanpakuto skills, or shield.

some partners also come with immune to stun.
