Currently i own <Yachiru><Renji><ichigo><momo>
and i can only recruit 1 partner from the lvl 70 tavern
any suggestions ?

Don't how heavy stones your yashirou is (dodge specially) but shinji can be interesting for you,

Komamura is a safe bet

All of my partners have level 3 stones + maxed out

With that known, Komamura is a must for you. Shinji can work well with high level spirit stones, but since your spirit stones are level 3, Komamura is a better option. That is assuming of course, you want a new VG...

Well i want to change my Yachiru, she has 55% dodge and yet she dodges nothing, and ichigo isn't that good to be honest also needs to be changed

Also one thing i am bumped on my reiatsu is 28 and i'm lvl 74, though it's pretty hard to Reinforce my equipment if i want to get 35 reiatsu so this is an issue i've been struggling with, which also holds me back from recruiting partners and getting better Hyogoku
