which skill is the best skill from these?

skill 1 says
attack enemy VG, increase own hitrate by 100%, lasting for 3 rounds

skill 7 says
attack enemy AS, increase own aid rate by 100%, lasting for 2 rounds.

so isn't skill 1 better?

what is growth rate here? its 142% for skill 1, and 120% for skill 7. what does it mean ?

Skill 7 is better, because you hit the AS. AS are way less tanky than vanguards so you'll do more damage even if the growth rate is lower. Aid rate is pretty good btw.
Damage of the skills depends on growth rate.

The aid is skill is far better than the first one.if u have ichigo or lisa or maybe both u can kill all the assualters in 2nd round with a 100% aid rate for urself....as aid helps to share the damage its very usefull... i would recommend u to go with the 7 th skill
