i have shinigami kensei t1
do i really need ishiin for PVE or kensei is already good?
as he also give combo rate to assaulters.

maybe i will go for ishiin in UBP
better than using gold to get him

Why do you say that? Kensei seems better than Isshin in most ways to me.

no dmg rate, no attack modify, %110 skill(

)
100 fury regen wont help you because shit skill %
only helpful for combo rate which Isshin also gives.
