when i get fragments for partner evoloution i click synthesis he doesn't say how much i need but he only says where can i get the fragments and when i ask my friends they say to me that i need one fragment while i have 5 and don't synthesis i don't know why and thanks

information you were given is right, when opening (clicking) the item there is no quantity mentioned, that means you need only 1 fragment.
i see 2 reasons possible:
1- the materials you've collected are not the good ones (for instance: you picked "gloves", but there are 3 or 4 different ones...)
2- the evo you're trying to apply requires a level that your partner didn't reach yet (for instance: some evo 11 require level 120 to be applied... might be the same also at lower level)

if the Synthesize button is grey, then you'll see where to get the parts
needed amount is shown below the item picture
