Can someone tell me why at the moment of upgrade "Shin Zabimaru Renji" to "Soo Zabimaru Renji" it says "please move hollow soul points to other partners" as the image attached, can someone tell me how to "move" those hollow soul points, cause I don't even know where they are. (exchange all doesn't work) how to move those hollow soul points separately?

why you write in big letters ?
and the answer is : go in partner icon and click on exchange all ; switch all stuff between shin zabi and an other partners upgrade to soo and reswitch

Go to Hollow soul map
click on Exchange Souls
exchange with a random partner with no hollow soul points (dont forget who you chose) eg. rukia/orihime
upgrade as usual (with nothing on him), he should be able to upgrade unless u have more things not removed
after upgrading go back to Hollow soul map and Exchange souls back to not lose the souls (eg. if i exchange with orihime before i go back and exchange with orihime again)
Done, and no loss concurred.
